Support & Feedback

Contact & Ticket Support

Submit connection, subscription, billing, and refund issues through a ticket in the user panel. Keep the issue and any follow-up details in the same ticket to track progress.

You need to sign in to submit a ticket. Create an account with a username and password; no email address is required.

Contact Options

The only publicly listed support channel is the user panel ticket system. No email address or Telegram contact has been published, so we do not provide unverified contact details.

Support Tickets

Use tickets for connection issues, subscription imports, order checks, and refund requests. For account- or order-related issues, submit the ticket from the relevant account.

Response times depend on the ticket queue and the details that need to be checked; no fixed response time is guaranteed. Return to your original ticket to view replies.

Information to Include in Your Feedback

Start by explaining what you need help with, then describe what happened. Clear details help distinguish account status, client settings, and connection issues, reducing the need for follow-up questions.

Connection & Subscription Issues

Check the import steps in the getting started guide, or read the protocol and route technical reference for troubleshooting tips. The destination service's own account and regional rules may also affect access.

Billing & Refunds

Include the relevant order details shown in the user panel, the payment method, and the current order status. VPNHand supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT and offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund policy. See the Terms of Service for details. Clearly state your refund request in the ticket so support can review the order.

What Happens After You Submit a Ticket

Support may need to review the details and could ask for more information in the original ticket. Reply in that same ticket to keep the conversation together and avoid duplicate submissions. While you wait, you can add new error messages or test results; there is no need to resend the same information.
