Service Content and Scope

VPNHand provides international route subscriptions and client access, covering 100+ countries and 250+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes and connection methods are shown in the user panel. Coverage does not mean that every region or destination website will always be available.

The service provides network connectivity; it does not resell accounts, content or membership benefits from third-party websites. Access to external services remains subject to their regional, account and payment requirements, as well as their terms of use.

Accounts and Subscription Rules

You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. Keep your login credentials, subscription details and client authorization secure. Do not publish them or give them to others. If you suspect your credentials have been exposed, change your password promptly and contact support through a ticket.

There is no limit on simultaneous devices for the account holder’s personal use. This does not permit account sharing, subscription resale, route distribution or providing commercial proxy services to others. Devices used together draw from the same available account traffic; device limits and traffic allowances are separate rules.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Before choosing, review the plans page and order details. Check available traffic and subscription status in the user panel.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located and must not use the service for unlawful purposes. Using routes for cyberattacks, fraud, intellectual property infringement, unauthorized data collection or distributing illegal content is prohibited. Users are responsible for their own access, uploads and distribution.

Do not disrupt service operations, use another person’s account, probe unauthorized systems or consume resources in a way that affects other users. VPNHand may impose necessary restrictions on connections showing clear signs of abuse and handle related requests based on the facts and applicable law.

Service Availability and Liability

Connection performance depends on the local network, carrier routing, exit region, destination service policies and device configuration. Maintenance, upstream network failures or events beyond reasonable control may interrupt connections. VPNHand does not guarantee fixed speeds or latency, continuous access to third-party services, or regional access to specific content.

If a problem occurs, first check your subscription status and switch to an available route, then submit a description of the issue. VPNHand will address service problems within reasonable limits. Liability for effects outside the service’s control, such as changes to third-party content or local device failures, is determined under applicable law. These terms do not exclude user rights that cannot legally be limited.

Refund Requests

You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of the first payment. To request one, sign in to the user panel, use the ticket portal to state that you would like a refund, and provide order details that help us verify the purchase. You do not need to provide proof of a technical issue.

VPNHand will verify the payment and order ownership, then update you through the ticket. Do not include your account password or sensitive payment credentials. We will explain how the subscription and traffic benefits associated with the refund will be handled. The time it takes for a refund to arrive depends on the payment channel and processing outcome; no fixed arrival time is guaranteed.

Termination and Changes to These Terms

For violations such as unlawful use, account resale, unauthorized sharing or repeated disruption of the service, VPNHand may restrict connections, suspend or terminate an account as appropriate. You may raise a dispute through a ticket. Refunds and other statutory rights are handled under these terms and applicable law, and are not automatically canceled by an account restriction.

When service rules change, this page will be updated with the revised terms and the month of the latest update. Important changes affecting existing subscription benefits will be explained in an on-site announcement or the user panel. Review changes and raise any questions before continuing to use the service. Changes may not retroactively reduce rights already acquired under applicable law.
