Privacy Policy
This policy explains how VPNHand handles data while providing cross-border network acceleration and subscription services. Website visits, account management, and network traffic are separate processes; each is described below with its purpose and scope.
Account and Order Data
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. VPNHand processes usernames, security credentials used to verify passwords, and subscription status for authentication, account management, and service authorization. An email address is not required for registration.
Order data includes the selected plan, order amount, payment status, transaction reference, and refund records. It is used to activate services, verify payments, and handle disputes. Cumulative data usage is used to measure plan usage, not to reconstruct browsing activity. Text and attachments voluntarily submitted through support tickets are used only to address the related issue. Please remove passwords, payment keys, and full subscription URLs before submitting.
No-Logs Policy
VPNHand follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through its routes, or retain browsing content, lists of destinations, or historical connection logs that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. Account billing and data-usage records do not include details of websites visited.
While a connection is active, the system temporarily processes session state needed to transmit data. This state is used only to maintain connections and allocate resources; it is not retained as a historical connection log after the connection ends. Website login security records and support ticket information are used to protect accounts and troubleshoot issues, and are not records of network traffic.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics may include pages visited, referral categories, browser and device types, and interactions such as button clicks. This information helps assess site functionality and improve navigation and explanatory content. These analytics relate to the marketing website and user panel; they do not collect website content transmitted through network routes. VPNHand does not process this information for the purpose of selling personal data.
Cookies and browser local storage are used to maintain login status and save language preferences and necessary interface state. Login credentials may be stored locally, so avoid staying logged in on shared devices. You can clear this data in your browser settings; doing so may require you to log in again. Logging out or clearing browser data does not delete account and order records from the server.
Third-Party Payments
This service supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network. VPNHand receives the transaction reference, amount, and result needed to verify an order, and does not ask users to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.
Third parties handle payment information under their own rules; see the payment page and their applicable privacy notices for details. USDT transactions may create publicly searchable on-chain records. Deleting a VPNHand account cannot remove records from a public transaction network. Necessary order information is used only to fulfill orders, reconcile payments, process refunds, and meet applicable compliance requirements.
Data Retention and Deletion
Account information is retained while the account remains active and for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are retained for as long as needed for reconciliation, dispute resolution, or applicable legal requirements. Analytics and support information are retained only while needed for their respective purposes, then deleted or de-identified. This policy does not set a single retention period for all categories.
To access, correct, or delete information associated with your account, log in and submit a request through the support ticket portal. VPNHand will verify account ownership and explain the scope of processing. Deletion may affect subscription access and account recovery. Records that must be retained by law or are still needed for unresolved matters will be restricted to the relevant purpose and handled once the reason for retention no longer applies. Backup data is cleared through normal rotation and is not a reason to continue using deleted information.
Policy Updates and Feedback
VPNHand publishes policy revisions on this page and updates the last-updated month at the top. Important changes to data-processing purposes, scope, or user rights will be announced on the website or user panel. Where separate consent is required, processing will take place only after that consent is obtained.
